Refund policy

 

We currently don’t offer refunds on our products. 

We are committed to providing our customers with a high quality product. 

If your product is broken or faulty, we are more than happy to send a replacement product. Please send the following to admin@fmxallstar.com so your claim can be assessed. 

  • Photos of the fault 
  • Clear description of the fault 
  • Photo of your original invoice 


We aim to have your claim processed within 48 hours of receiving your email. 

If you would like to exchange your product for a different product, it must be returned in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition (unless faulty). *Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your replacement product. 

Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange the goods.
