Shipping & Returns Policy

At FMX All Star, we’re committed to delivering your gear quickly and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and returns.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Business Days: Monday to Friday only. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • Peak Periods: During high-volume times, processing may take longer. Thank you for your patience.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times depend on the courier.
    Tracking details will be provided when your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Australia:

  • Express: 2–4 business days (sometimes as fast as 24 hours depending on
    location)
  • Standard: 8–10 business days

International:

  • Standard: Up to 28 days
  • DHL Express: 3–6 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order goes missing after leaving our warehouse:

  • Submit an Enquiry: Lodge an online enquiry with Australia Post via their Business
    Support Portal.
  • Investigation Period: Allow 1–2 weeks for Australia Post to investigate.
  • Replacement: If confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement. Refunds are not
    available for lost orders.

FMX All Star cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you request your package to be left
unattended and it is stolen or missing after delivery, FMX All Star is not responsible.

If Your Order Shows as Delivered

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your item:

  • We can replace the item, but shipping costs for the replacement are your
    responsibility. This will occur after the courier completes a full investigation.

Postage Pending Status

Seeing “Postage Pending” on your tracking? No stress—this means Australia Post is
updating your tracking info, and your order is still on its way.

Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Here’s how we handle returns:

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or finding a lower price elsewhere.

Damaged Products

  • Notify Us: Contact us within 30 days if your item arrives damaged.
  • Return Condition: Send the item back in its original condition with packaging.
  • Outcome: We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund or replacement if:

  • The product was misused.
  • The product has been opened and used.
  • Other exceptions under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

If eligible for a refund or replacement, we’ll reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Processing Time

We aim to process returns within 14 days of receiving them.
